Returns & Exchanges

At Croft House, we take pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your handmade furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on standard collection items.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide photos of the item.

  • 2.
    Prepare for Pickup

    Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packed in its original packaging to prevent damage during the return transit.

  • 3.
    Schedule Transportation

    Once approved, we will coordinate with our white-glove delivery partners to schedule a convenient pickup time from your residence or office.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    After the item arrives at our Los Angeles workshop and passes inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
